The cost of the postage and packing will be calculated and displayed with the cost of items in your shopping bag on completion of the questions required before checkout. If you have special delivery requirements we will endeavour to meet these. If there is an additional cost for such requests we will charge these to your credit card.
AVAILABILITY
Orders in the UK should be received by you within two working days. Most orders within the EU are received within five days. Other International orders are generally received in 8-10 days.
Delivery dates or lead times are not guaranteed. Deliveries are handled by third party companies, and thus Prey is not able to guarantee delivery dates. However, Prey will do everything it reasonably can to ensure that delivery dates and requirements are met. Please note that where delivery dates are given, Prey is without liability and time is not of the essence in the contract.
Supply is subject to availability. As there can be a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order you will always be emailed with the option for the order to be back ordered and the likely delivery time or to cancel your order and receive a refund of your payment if you would rather not wait. We usually let you know within 24 hours of our receiving your order of any shortages.
IMPORT DUTIES
There are no import duties for goods shipped within the European Union. Outside the EU any duty and customs charges appropriate to your country are your responsibility.
BACK ORDERS
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel or alter your order if you would rather not wait.
RETURNS
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel an order within seven days of receipt of the goods. Should you wish to cancel your purchase within seven days, please contact us. Providing that unwanted goods are received back to us in unused, unopened and re-saleable condition within seven days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods. Orders placed by credit or debit card from this web site will be refunded directly to your credit or debit card. Orders placed by Paypal will be refunded to your Paypal account. Orders placed by other means will be refunded by cheque. These refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to give us your name and address, and a copy of your purchase receipt. The cost of returning goods will be borne by you. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, or items are missing from your parcel, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and goods will be re-dispatched on return of faulty items.
